The beef dishes at the restaurant were lovely, bursting with flavor! The fine views from the terrace, and the attentive housekeepers kept our room immaculate.
The breakfast buffet runs low quickly if you're not an early bird, and the reception lady perpetuated some serious discontent with her unwelcome attitude and unnecessary fees. Definitely needs a better approach!

Where it excels and where it fails
Fine views of the Caucasus mountains and a warm. The traditional Georgian food was fantastic.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms. The restaurant service was often slow, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

View was exceptional, breakfast was exceptional, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The atmosphere created was family. I truly enjoyed convenient placing of an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels in the family room.

We had the most really amazing few days there. The staff were extremely polite and provided us with an exceptional and absolutely fantastic breakfast. The room was spotless and panoramic, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was central, near to the local stores and the restaurant.
Had average breakfast, it might be much better.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the amazing mountain views and the delicious breakfast spread, starting the day off right. The garden area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The only small drawback was the occasional delay in getting my coffee refilled, but it didn't put a damper on my stay ☕

The views here are fine, just your perfect mountain backdrop! The ambiance is so peaceful, perfect for a little R&R. The staff really makes you feel like royalty.
But the lighting in my room was so dim I could barely read-seemed like I was living in a vampire movie! And the loud bar music? Let's just say I didn't sign up for a dance party in my room!
