The beef dishes at the restaurant were unforgettable, bursting with flavor! The stunning views from the terrace made every meal feel special, and the attentive housekeepers kept our room immaculate.

The breakfast buffet runs low quickly if you’re not an early bird, and the reception lady perpetuated some serious discontent with her unwelcome attitude and unnecessary fees. Definitely needs a better approach!

Where it excels and where it fails

Stunning views of the Caucasus mountains and a warm, hospitable staff made my stay delightful. The traditional Georgian food was fantastic, enhancing the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms. The restaurant service was often slow, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

The nice views of the Kazbegi Mountains made waking up a true pleasure. The restaurant offered mouthwatering dishes, adding flavor to our stay.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the breathtaking mountain views and the delicious breakfast spread, starting the day off right. The garden area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. The only small drawback was the occasional delay in getting my coffee refilled, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay! ☕

But the lighting in my room was so dim I could barely read—felt like I was living in a vampire movie! And the loud bar music? Let's just say I didn't sign up for a dance party in my room!

The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking the mountains. The coffee was a bit cold.

I stayed in the Panorama Double Room with Back View for 1 night. The views were stunning, with a perfect lookout over the mountains. The room itself was clean and cozy, but the soundproofing could be better. Waking up to the scenery was amazing, and the breakfast offered some nice variety, including local specialties. Overall, a solid place, just wish the noise was less distracting!
